Shout out to Justin and the finance team, who got me in a car!! They did match my expectations to how I would expect a dealership to do so, only vexing issue was the new car sales woman, Emily. She was obviously set out for a big $ale. When I went in initially I wanted a lease but because of financing issues on my part, she found out that her sale was to good to be true. Mind you she quickly took care of my rental in order to close a deal (no pressure) that deal did not work out for either of us. She did get me off the lot in a new Mazda cx5 the way I wanted it, she did try and put me in a color she felt was better [200$+ snowflake white] she sugested I could get the interior I wanted even on a lesser expensive trim... That would obviously be +$ dealer accessory...The next time I went in to sighn, she informed me about the financing situation. From what she said was that I had a medical account that is set for collection. I called my resources and look up on all three credit reporting agencies databases. I told her that no such thing was shown. She told me that's what the banks see. [Still no collection] She sugested not to worry they could still put me in the new car, but it would just have to be bought and not leased...+$ She knew my situation of wrecking my car and obviously looking for a replacement, I told her what numbers I would work with, which in most cases is a bad thing but initially I was going in for a lease. She suggest what I wanted based on what she could work with... make sense. What dosent, is why she tryed to hustle me to make a big sale rather than truly help a customer, she bounced me from used cx5 that obviously I said no to, then to a new Mazda 3. Clearly she was not there for the customer's best interest because she never cared to mention hey your payments would be less if you check out these other great used cars... my criteria was an SUV. My decision and self discovery was a used Acura that was way less than the $ she was looking/hustling for.For NEW buyers as long as you go in knowing what you want and how you want it you should be good. For used buyers don't pay for rubish they stick on the cars i.e. branded license plates. Team Gillman can do better than that. Forced Stealer accessories.

Over all very good experience. They're currently in a temporary space while a new showroom is built. It was small with no cars on display indoors. My salesperson, Warren, was nice and knowledgeable. Finance department is in the Subaru dealership next door right now, and had to wait a little while for a rep, but not an outrageous amount of time. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Gillman Mazda.
